Mark your calendars! Thursday, March 25th at 6:30 at Fromagination on the capitol square in Madison I will be hosting "An blas--tasting Irish farmhouse cheeses". Join us savor Wisconsin passion with an Irish flair. We have a selection of four cheeses that I will be pairing with unique whiskey and ale from Ireland. This is a great way to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and expand your palate beyond rashers and cabbage. Tickets are $35 per person and seating is limited, so be sure to order yours early.
