So the blog went a little dormant for awhile, but I'm going to do my best to ressurect it...just in time for St. Patrick's Day! Of course, there are plenty more events and things going on around the area before then. For instance, I'll be doiing a class/cheese tasting of some fantastic Irish cheeses at Fromagination (wait, didn't I tell you? I have a job as a cheesemonger now) sometime in March. Details to follow.
So, if you're still checking in every once awhile, bear with me. It may take a little work to get this thing up and running at full capacity once again.
